Returns
Due to the nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted once the product has been delivered.
However, returns may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Product received is damaged
- Incorrect item delivered
- Manufacturing defect
- Product quality issue verified by SC Naturals
Return Request Timeline
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:
- Opened packages
- Used products
- Products damaged due to customer handling
- Products without original packaging
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved when:
- Product is damaged during transit
- Wrong product is delivered
- Product is unavailable after order confirmation
Refund Process
Once approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
Replacement Policy
Where applicable, SC Naturals may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
